Senior Officer - Fiduciary
Are you good at leading, coaching, and delivering standout client service while progressing your career? This growing fiduciary services business is seeking a Senior Fiduciary Officer to manage a complex portfolio while developing both a high-performing team and your own leadership potential.
You’ll be building strong client relationships, coordinating transactions, and ensuring structures are run efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. Alongside this, you’ll be mentoring and supporting junior colleagues, reviewing work, and driving quality, consistency and continuous improvement across the team.
You’ll also be overseeing onboarding and due diligence, managing statutory filings, monitoring financial activity, and identifying opportunities for improving processes and enhancing client outcomes.
To succeed, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in fiduciary, trust, or corporate services
- Holding or working towards a relevant qualification
- Ideally, have experience mentoring or supervising others
- Strong IT skills,
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
