The role

• Reviewing and assessing listing applications against regulatory requirements
• Managing the department, overseeing daily operations, and team performance
• Managing workflow and prioritising tasks to meet service delivery targets
• Engaging with market participants and responding to technical queries
• Supporting process improvements, controls, and operational efficiency
• Collaborating with internal teams to manage risk and shared objectives
• Contributing to reporting, data oversight, and decision-making processes
• Participating in committee activity relating to listings and approvals
• Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
• Delivering projects and supporting wider strategic initiatives
