Finance Manager

A leading Guernsey-based financial services firm is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its dynamic team. This exciting permanent opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of an accounts team responsible for a large and varied portfolio of client entities.

You will play a key role in preparing, reviewing, and signing off on financial statements, ensuring timely compliance with Guernsey and UK tax regulations, VAT returns, and developing the team’s expertise in corporation tax requirements. In addition, you’ll lead audits and drive internal reporting enhancements and process improvements.

Key Criteria:

• ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
• Proven expertise in Tax compliance and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
