Leader Fund Admin & Transfer Agency

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior leadership role overseeing end-to-end Fund Administration and Transfer Agency operations in a private capital environment, driving service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing outsourced models, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver a seamless investor-servicing experience.

Key criteria:

• Extensive experience in Transfer Agency, investor services, or fund administration, ideally within private equity or alternatives
• Experience managing global or outsourced service delivery models, including governance and performance oversight
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills, acting as a key escalation point
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including GFSC and AML/KYC/FATCA/CRS
• Ability to drive strategic improvements and operational change
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Relevant professional qualifications and familiarity with industry systems
