Senior/Admin, Trust

An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator or Senior Administrator to support the effective administration of private capital structures. The role involves completing core workflows, maintaining accurate client and structure data, processing payments, supporting bank account openings, managing documentation and liaising with internal teams and third parties, all in line with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and service standards.

Key criteria:

  • Ability to work efficiently and escalate appropriately
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • High-quality written and verbal communication
  • Awareness of KYC, AML, CFT and GDPR requirements
  • Experience with NavOne, document management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to compliance, CPD and ongoing professional development
  • Studying towards STEP and/or ICSA
  • Degree or A-levels in relevant subjects
