Head of Facilities

A modern international bank and wealth services organisation is appointing a Head of Facilities to lead safe, efficient, and people‑focused workplace environments across multiple sites. This role sits at the heart of the business, supporting teams through high‑quality space, service, and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities:

  • Owning and enhancing the overall workplace experience
  • Managing facilities operations and front‑of‑house services
  • Leading space planning, office moves, and refurbishment projects
  • Developing and motivating a service‑driven facilities team
  • Embedding health, safety, compliance, and resilience
  • Managing suppliers to deliver quality and value

Key requirements:

  • Senior facilities management experience in a professional setting
  • IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent) with safety knowledge
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and stakeholder skills
  • Experience managing suppliers and multi‑site operations
