Key Responsibilities:

• Leading high-priority projects for new and closing client cases, keeping everything running seamlessly.
• Overseeing the onboarding and exit of complex fiduciary structures with precision and confidence.
• Streamlining review actions, sharpening processes, and helping teams deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborating with legal, tax, accounting, and banking partners to move cases forward efficiently.
• Keeping records sharp, compliant, and fully up to date.

Key Criteria:

• Experience in fiduciary or financial services at Assistant/Manager level.
• Strong organisation, clear communication, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• STEP, ICSA or similar qualifications (or strong equivalent experience).
