Guernsey legal jobs may involve working for an international legal group or a small independent law firm. Roles start at pupil level during LLB studies and move up through Legal PA/Secretaries, Paralegals, Senior/Associates (Solicitors), Advocates and Partners. As Guernsey is an offshore jurisdiction, legal roles are often found within corporate law (trust, fund, banking), but also in private clients, property, estates, litigation, dispute resolution, family/matrimonial, criminal law etc.
