Responsibilities include managing investor queries, preparing Board packs and minutes, coordinating drawdowns and distributions, overseeing payments and cash processes, maintaining statutory records and filings, reviewing legal documents, and handling CDD and bank account openings.
Key Criteria:
- 3–4 years’ relevant industry experience
- Holding or working towards a relevant qualification
- Strong administration skills, including Microsoft Office, accounting systems, and online banking
- Experience with Acumen and document management systems is an advantage, with full training provided
