Administrator, Funds & Co Sec

We’re seeking a Fund & Co Sec Administrator to join a friendly team where no two days are the same. This varied role spans both fund and corporate administration, giving you strong exposure and hands-on responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting investor correspondence and client queries.
- Completing statutory filings and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing for and supporting Board Meetings, including drafting Minutes.
- Managing payments, cash processes, and bank account openings.
- Assisting with fund reporting, CDD requirements, and wider administrative tasks.
Key Criteria
- 2+ years’ relevant industry experience.
- Working towards or holding a relevant qualification (such as CGI) is preferred.
- Strong general office administration skills, including Microsoft Office, accounting packages, and online banking systems.
- Experience with Acumen and document management systems is helpful, though full training can be provided.
