Key Responsibilities:
- Representing the company at business events
- Ensuring administration aligns with current tax and legal advice, collaborating with client managers and directors.
- Supporting the team lead in managing the team when necessary.
- Understanding and addressing risk factors in fiduciary structures, particularly trigger events, with guidance from client managers/directors.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to manage a complex portfolio of fiduciary structures.
- Providing on-the-job training and support to junior staff members.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in regulated finance or professional services.
- Relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or ICSA), preferably.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and supervisory abilities.
- Proficiency in technical IT skills.
