Are you great at analysing risk and navigating complex AML challenges? This Senior AML Review Technical Specialist role enables you to drive operational delivery of CDD/AML activities and periodic reviews, guiding teams on high-risk cases, enhancing processes, and supporting training within a fast-paced financial services environment in Guernsey.

Key Role:

• Handling detailed CDD/AML reviews and assessing risk
• Guiding teams on PEPs, high-risk cases, and regulatory requirements
• Improving processes, resolving data gaps, and escalating issues
• Supporting training and sharing technical AML expertise
• Producing clear management information and tracking key deadlines

You’ll bring strong AML/CFT knowledge, hands-on CDD review experience, sharp analytical skills, clear communication, and solid Microsoft 365 abilities, backed by 5+ years in financial services or insurance and an ICA or AML qualification.
