Key Role:

• Reviewing policies, applications, and disclosures to maintain governance.
• Running monitoring checks, testing, producing insightful reports, and maintaining compliance records.
• Handling sanctions, PEP, and system-driven tasks to support robust risk controls.
• Updating process notes, tracking actions, and supporting senior stakeholders with review schedules.
• Contributing to delivering training, enhancing team processes, and supporting system improvements.

Key Skills:

• Strong organisation, communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
• A relevant qualification (with support available for further study).
• Confidence using systems with a proactive, curious, tech-savvy approach.
• Experience in compliance, audit, or risk.
• Advantageous: Knowledge of auditor independence, financial crime, or conflict management.
