Assistant Review Manager

Are you great at analysing information, managing risk, and keeping compliance processes on track? This Assistant Manager – Periodic Review role offers the chance to join a dynamic professional services environment in Jersey, Guernsey, or London, supporting regulatory operations across multiple jurisdictions with optional flexible hours and working from home if required.

You’ll be leading periodic reviews, assessing AML/CFT risks, advising teams on regulatory expectations, and helping drive improvements across processes and client monitoring.

• Leading risk-based periodic reviews and capturing accurate AML/CFT assessments.
• Guiding teams on corrective actions and supporting them in meeting regulatory standards.
• Reporting on risk trends, policy adherence, and key review outcomes.
• Strengthening processes, improving workflows, and supporting cross‑jurisdiction collaboration.

Key Skills:

• 5 years’ financial services experience, ideally in compliance, risk, or fiduciary services.
• Strong awareness of regulatory and legal requirements for client monitoring and risk management.
• A relevant compliance, risk, or fiduciary qualification.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
