Compliance Manager, MLCO, CO

Can you lead compliance in a dynamic fund services environment? This role offers the chance to shape regulatory strategy and protect against financial crime risks.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting as Compliance Officer and MLCO
• Managing compliance monitoring and regulatory projects
• Preparing board reports and advising on regulatory changes
• Overseeing AML/CTF/CPF risk assessments
• Leading and mentoring the fund compliance team

Key Criteria:

• Strong knowledge of Guernsey financial services regulations
• ICA Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant professional membership (desirable)
• Manager-level compliance experience in funds or private wealth
• Holding previous prescribed roles
• Proficient in using screening tools and producing detailed reports
