Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced and knowledgeable Compliance professional looking for a senior, impactful role in a fast-growing financial services firm? We are seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, manage risk, provide expert advice, and enhance internal controls, all while working in an advisory and supportive capacity across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of compliance responsibilities and leading a high-performing team
• Implementing and maintaining the compliance framework, whilst driving operational efficiencies
• Supporting the MLRO in developing policies and procedures
• Fostering and maintaining relationships across multiple jurisdictions
• Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks while ensuring adherence to laws and regulations

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements at mid- to senior-level within financial services
• ACCA or ICAEW qualified, and an ICA Diploma in Governance is a plus (can be pursued alongside your work)
• Proven experience in compliance monitoring, drafting procedures, and risk management
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
