Key Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating, and mentoring the team, providing technical guidance and training where needed.
• Shaping strategies, setting clear goals, and driving effective action plans.
• Ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Acting as an authorised signatory, approving transactions and client payments.
• Supporting client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional process.

Key Criteria:

• 7+ years’ experience in trust or corporate administration.
• Holding (or working towards) a relevant professional qualification.
• Strong decision-making ability under pressure, backed by insight and sound judgment.
• A commitment to delivering consistently high standards of client service.
