Trainee Fund Administrator
Are you an A-level leaver looking for your first role in Funds? Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to provide effective, timely, and high-quality administrative support for a portfolio of fund administration clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with capital transactions, investor communications, and maintaining investor records
- Providing company secretarial support, including board meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Supporting client due diligence and regulatory reporting (FATCA/CRS, statutory filings)
- Processing banking transactions and bookkeeping under supervision
- Ensuring timesheets and administrative tasks comply with company policies
Key criteria:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and work independently
- Motivated to pursue relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICSA, Certificate in Fund Administration)
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn and develop new skills
- Solid educational foundation, proficient in English and Mathematics
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and intermediaries
