Senior Client Insurance Manager

Do you hold a CII qualification (or equivalent)? Are you confident using Microsoft Office and highly proficient with technology? A fast-growing financial services firm is seeking a Senior Client Insurance Manager to join its expanding insurance division.

You’ll play a key role in managing all aspects of client insurance and reinsurance administration, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ability to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment is essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing board packs, attending meetings, and presenting insurance updates
• Drafting and reviewing minutes
• Establishing underwriting and reinsurance programs
• Monitoring reinsurance recoveries
• Mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining service delivery across a portfolio of clients

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in (captive) insurance, ideally CII-qualified, with experience in client relationship management and team development.
