In this key role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless and compliant client onboarding experience while driving continuous improvement across processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participating in KYC and related working groups
  • Overseeing first-line support to ensure efficient onboarding for new clients
  • Identifying and resolving system issues, escalating when necessary

  • Ensuring adherence to internal quality management and compliance standards

Key Criteria:

  • Proven experience with KYC and AML client risk frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in quality management and report writing (desirable)
