In this key role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless and compliant client onboarding experience while driving continuous improvement across processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving operational excellence through technology and process enhancements
- Participating in KYC and related working groups
- Overseeing first-line support to ensure efficient onboarding for new clients
- Identifying and resolving system issues, escalating when necessary
- Mentoring and training team members to foster growth and consistency
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and client engagement teams
- Ensuring adherence to internal quality management and compliance standards
Key Criteria:
- Proven experience with KYC and AML client risk frameworks
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in quality management and report writing (desirable)
