Are you ready to take the next step in your trust administration career? We’re seeking a motivated Trust Administrator with 1-2 years' experience to join a leading fiduciary services business, managing a diverse portfolio of trusts and companies while developing your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing client reporting
- Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and institutions
- Processing payments, investments, invoices, and distributions
- Handling investment transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting client due diligence and compliance checks
- Bookkeeping and maintaining trust accounts
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally, be studying towards a STEP or ICSA qualification
- Have strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proactive, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing business needs
- A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and stay updated on industry regulations
