Senior Associate

A top-tier law firm is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join its Financial Services Law team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of areas, including corporate and commercial law, investment funds, financial services, insurance, and regulatory matters.

You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice, mentoring junior team members, and supporting the growth of the department through innovation and client development. The role also involves managing risk in accordance with firm policies and building strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a UK or Commonwealth legal qualification and have 5–6 years of post-qualification experience, with a solid background in banking and finance law. You’ll be technically strong, commercially minded, client-focused, and thrive in a collaborative, solutions-driven environment.
