Trainee/Mortgage Executive

Do you have strong communication skills and a passion for client service? An established asset management company is looking for a Trainee/Mortgage Executive to join their supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting mortgage applications to the Credit Committee
• Managing end-to-end mortgage transactions
• Assessing client information to ensure it meets lending criteria and regulatory compliance
• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders throughout the process

The ideal candidate will be diligent, detail-oriented, and capable of managing their workload effectively. While prior experience in a client-facing or mortgage-related role is an advantage, it’s not essential, full training will be provided.
