Trainee Operative

Are you ready to begin your career in a hands-on, technical role? Our client, a respected local commercial company, is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Operative to gain practical experience in maintaining and upgrading essential network infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll support a range of key tasks, including installing new services, surveying mains, disconnecting services, and assisting with both routine and emergency maintenance.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. All you need is a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a full, clean driving licence. You’ll also take part in an emergency call-out rota (1 week in every 4), depending on business needs.
