Executive Director

A prominent global financial services group is seeking an Executive Director to lead and oversee business operations, ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic goals.

Key duties include:

• Leading a team to drive business development and achieve growth targets.
• Defining and monitoring business development objectives to ensure consistent progress.
• Identifying and managing key business risks, implementing effective systems for risk mitigation.
• Overseeing operational and financial performance, approving quarterly accounts and annual financial statements.
• Aligning local planning with the company’s overarching vision and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, with senior-level fiduciary knowledge and board experience. A strong technical background in trusts, companies, pensions, and limited partnerships is essential. Proven leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver professional presentations are also required.
