Do you have 1–2 years of office admin experience and a proactive, organised approach with a strong focus on client service? A leading international bank is seeking a Company Secretarial Office Assistant to provide valuable support to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up meeting rooms, managing lunch orders, taxis, and sending out invitations
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of board packs
- Drafting and circulating meeting minutes
- Maintaining statutory records and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Supporting the team and ensuring timely payment of statutory fees
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. While prior experience isn’t essential—full training will be provided—knowledge of PowerPoint and customer due diligence would be beneficial.
