Senior Manager, FinTech

Are you experienced in risk management, financial crime, and compliance? A leading professional services firm in the Channel Islands is seeking a Senior Manager of Risk, and FinTech to oversee their team, manage client projects, and deliver tailored solutions that foster strong client relationships.

In this role, you’ll lead project teams, oversee deliverables, and develop proposals while collaborating closely with clients. Your expertise will drive business performance, while your leadership will support and mentor junior staff, contributing to the expansion of the Risk, Regulation, and FinTech practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of financial services experience, including four years in risk or FinTech consultancy. A deep understanding of local anti-financial crime regulations, process automation, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. The role requires travel to multiple locations to support project delivery.
