Customer & Data Administrator
Do you have excellent communication skills, are you organised and have experience working in customer service? Our client, a leading provider of wealth services, is looking for a Customer Contact & Data Administrator to join their team. This contract runs until the end of this year.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining consistent service quality across all business lines.
- Inputting and validating customer profiles onto relevant systems.
- Conducting ad hoc Worldcheck screenings and Google searches as required.
- Contributing to projects and supporting system development and testing.
- Ensuring timely reporting of operational risk events.
- Understanding CDD and AML due diligence requirements.
Key skills and experience:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or operational role within the finance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and have strong technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
