Compliance Consultant

Are you ready to elevate your compliance expertise? Our client is seeking a motivated, hands-on professional to join their growing team and make a real impact. Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll manage your own client portfolio while helping shape the future of the compliance function.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll go beyond the basics, leading initiatives such as writing thought-leadership articles, recording podcasts, and delivering engaging presentations and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Holding prescribed roles as MLRO, MLCO, and Compliance Officer (although not essential).
• Providing practical compliance advice and drafting policies.
• Representing the business at networking events and taking on leadership opportunities.
• Managing budgets and billing effectively.

Key Criteria:

• 5+ years of Guernsey compliance experience.
• ICA Certificate or Diploma.
• Proven experience as MLRO/MLCO or in a Compliance Officer role.
• A proactive, self-starting approach with strong communication skills.
