Compliance Manager, MLRO, MLCO, CO

Are you self-motivated and diligent? A leading fiduciary services company is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to take on the key roles of MLRO, MLCO, and CO, ensuring a strong compliance and regulatory framework is in place.

This senior management role offers the opportunity to shape compliance strategy, oversee regulatory policies, and lead a dedicated team of compliance professionals. You’ll play a pivotal role in risk management, regulatory analysis, and policy development, contributing directly to management discussions and reporting to the Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of five years’ experience at Compliance Officer/Manager level
• Compliance and/or AML professional qualifications
• A background in Trust & Company, Pensions, or Funds administration (preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and delivering presentations
• A management qualification or a willingness to undertake further training
