Group Co-Sec Assistant
This Group Company Secretarial Assistant role will provide support to a business by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and handling general company secretarial tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee/maintain statutory registers of the Group Guernsey Companies.
- Provide full governance support for Board and Committee meetings, including preparing logistics, materials, agendas, minutes, and action points.
- Lead or assist with corporate transactions like mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or fundraising, ensuring legal and governance compliance.
- Draft assessment of operating companies’ boards’ self-evaluation of performance.
- Assist with the Director Induction programme.
For this role, relevant qualifications and previous experience in a role within the Financial Services are wanted, as well as knowledge of corporate governance, legal requirements, and corporate law.
