Group Co-Sec Assistant

Our client is seeking a Group Company Secretarial Assistant in Guernsey or Jersey, who will play a key role in supporting the business by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing high-quality company secretarial and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining statutory registers for the Group’s Guernsey entities.
- Providing governance support for Board and Committee meetings, including logistics, agendas, materials, minutes, and action points.
- Assisting with corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and fundraising, ensuring compliance with legal and governance requirements.
- Supporting Board performance reviews, including drafting self-evaluation assessments.
The successful candidate will hold relevant qualifications and have experience within Financial Services, along with a strong understanding of corporate governance and company law. Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills are essential.
