Corporate Services Administrator

A well‑established local trust company is looking for a motivated Administrator to join its growing Corporate Services team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll support the day‑to‑day administration of a portfolio of client structures and work closely with a wide network of professionals, including lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, banks, and overseas offices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the administration of client structures
  • Preparing and reviewing client correspondence
  • Drafting statutory filings, minutes, and meeting notes
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date client records
  • Supporting invoicing processes and the preparation of annual accounts

Key Criteria:

  • Highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A solid educational background
  • Previous administrative and/or accounting experience (desirable)
  • Part‑qualified, or keen to work towards a professional qualification such as STEP or CGI
