People Business Partner
Are you an HR professional with at least 3+ years of advisory experience seeking flexible hours? Our client, a well-established local commercial firm, is looking for a People Business Partner to provide key support and serve as the primary contact for HR matters, whilst ensuring goals are communicated to staff, ensuring effective performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing cover for the Manager in their absence
- Assisting with the development of the restructuring and organisation planning
- Offering guidance on employment relation matters
- Engaging with managers supporting the delivery of HR recruitment activities using best practices
- Overseeing processes which include inductions, onboarding, probation, promotions
- Ensuring all processes, policies, and procedures are working effectively and identifying needs for change
- Implementing employee engagement surveys
The successful candidate must have 3+ years of HR experience working at a Senior level, have a high degree of professionalism, they must also hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent, and understand the need for confidentiality and discretion, whilst having a strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations. This role is full-time or part-time and flexible hours ( ideally 5 days a week, however, primarily on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday afternoons, totaling 25-35 hours per week).
