Assistant Trust Officer

A private bank is looking to recruit an Assistant Trust Officer to assist senior members of the team by administering a portfolio of Trust & Corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing accurate letters, emails, and minutes.
  • Operating within the controls and procedures.
  • Ensuring CDD is maintained for all clients. 
  • Making sure that banking instructions and invoices are actioned. 
  • Acting as the primary relationship manager for several clients. 

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years relevant trust & corporate experience, or transferable skills from the fund or financial industry, be working/willing to work towards a relevant qualification, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be capable of working to strict deadlines.
