Ross Elliott

I am a Recruitment Consultant at Situations, having previously worked in the finance sector for 8 years, including Banking and Insurance. I have also passed qualifications in the Compliance sector.  My previous role was as an English teacher in South America then Spain where I discovered my passion for helping people.  During this period I obtained the prestigious Cambridge DELTA post-graduate Diploma (level 7), as well as acquiring an advanced level of Spanish.  My recruitment role allows me to continue to support people to improve their lives by being happier in their jobs.  I place permanent and contract office staff at every level in the finance and commercial sectors.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy dedicating my time to being with my wife and children, then squeezing in some exercise if time allows. In the past I would have been found on the football pitch, but that has been replaced with changing nappies, clearing away toys and honing in on my negotiating skills with my toddler. I wouldn’t change it for the world!
