Mia Festivo

I joined the team at Situations Recruitment as Business and Marketing Support after completing my two‑year course at the Guernsey College of Further Education, graduating with a Distinction in the Level 3 Creative & Digital Arts qualification. In December 2025, I further expanded my skill set by completing a Digital Marketing and Content Creation course, strengthening my ability to support the team across a broader range of marketing initiatives.

Before moving into the recruitment and marketing sector, I worked part‑time in hospitality for several years alongside my studies. This experience helped me develop strong customer service and communication skills, which I now enjoy applying when working closely with our candidates and clients.

Creativity and activity are a big part of who I am. Outside of work, I love producing art, staying active at the gym, and spending time with my cats. (We’re all animal lovers here!)
