Melissa Campbell

I have been with Situations for over 22 years, becoming a Director in my first year and a Shareholder in 2011. I am now the MD and major shareholder of the company. I take great satisfaction in overseeing the business, managing client and candidate relationships, and supervising our fantastic team. My role still includes some recruitment consulting, particularly in placing permanent and contract staff in senior jobs in Guernsey, as well as handling experienced hires across various levels. I am a Fellow of the REC UK and hold management qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership & Management. Prior to joining Situations, I spent 13 years in Law and Trust, working as a Paralegal and Company Administrator at a local law firm.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, husband and friends. I am passionate about sea swimming year-round, walking around the Castel lanes and cycling on my e-bike. I also have a keen interest in travel, fine dining, and trying new international cuisine.
