Imogen Remfrey

I joined Situations as a Recruitment Consultant in early 2026, having spent nearly 5 years in events management and marketing, and I hold a degree in Events Management.  The interaction I have had with event clients over the last few years, ensuring their needs and preferences are met, stands me in good stead for this role looking after both our corporate clients and our candidates.  I am enjoying placing permanent and temp staff at every level.

Outside of work, I am actively involved with Bright Tights, a local charity dedicated to supporting people with gynaecological cancers, that helped my mum through a challenging time and now holds a special place in our family’s hearts.  After organising a charity ball that raised over £10,000, I was invited to join their committee, alongside my mum.  Being part of Bright Tights allows me to give back to a community that has directly touched our lives, while helping to raise awareness and education around health topics that can often feel taboo.  I’m passionate about encouraging open conversations and early awareness, ensuring more people have access to the support and knowledge they need.

In my spare time, I love travelling and discovering new cultures - something that began during the five years I spent living in Malta and has grown into a passion for exploring more of the world. I also enjoy crafting, especially scrapbooking, as a creative way to capture memories. When im not planning my next adventure or getting stuck into a project, you'll usually find me relaxing with a book and cuddling my ginger cat, Jacob.
