Ellie Burt

I joined Situations in 2026 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, bringing over four years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager within both the personal and commercial banking sectors. Prior to that, my  career also included roles in lending, the aviation industry, and customer service within the commercial sector, giving me a broad understanding of both client and candidate needs.

With a strong background in finance and excellent interpersonal skills, I am well placed to build lasting relationships and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. I particularly enjoy matching both permanent and temporary candidates, at all levels, with opportunities that align with their skills, ambitions, and career goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy making memories with family and friends and embracing new experiences whenever I can. Travelling is one of my biggest passions, as it gives me the opportunity to discover new cultures, explore historic places, and experience diverse landscapes. I am also a keen surfer and enjoy a range of water sports that satisfy my love of adventure and the outdoors. In my downtime, I enjoy gaming, as well as getting lost in a good book, particularly fantasy, romance, and thriller fiction.
