In the early part of my career I spent 12 years in Fund and Investment Administration, as well as Banking/Credit/Lending.  More recently, after having children, I worked in HR/Payroll and Administration in both the commercial and finance sectors for several years, during which time I passed the CIPD Certificate in HR Practice.  This experience in both industries proves that any job is possible if you have the right support, mindset and determination.  My advice to anyone who is unhappy in their current role is to be brave and try something new, you might be surprised!

I have been a candidate of Situations for over 20 years and have always been impressed with their service, constant contact and support with securing fabulous roles.  So when I was offered a permanent job in their team, I was overjoyed to be working for a company that truly cares.  I joined Situations in 2022 as Business Support Officer, keeping our website up to date daily with exciting new vacancies, submitting candidate CV’s to clients via their online recruitment portals, and generally supporting our Consultants in every aspect of their work.

Away from work, I love family life and being with my husband and two teenage kids, mum, and special nan who's 94 years old and amazing!  I love crafts, knitting, sewing and general pottering.  I also enjoy my husband’s wonderful cooking.
