Trust Operations Manager

Are you an inquisitive, well-organized, collaborative individual looking to work in a Trust team? If so, this Trust Operations Manager could be a great opportunity for you! By taking on this role, you will improve client service and foster continual improvements in systems, operational processes, and procedures. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, refining, and monitoring Trust operational processes.
  • Supporting HR and the Senior Leadership with management and Training initiatives. 
  • Managing direct reports.
  • Providing training, guidance, and support to the Trust teams.
  • Managing 1-2 key client relationships.
  • Project & Change Management Oversight.
  • Oversight of quarterly and annual billing processes.

For this role, it is preferred that you have experience in an operations setting and in past client facing roles. You will also need systems experience, critical analysis and investigation skills, as well as the ability to provide leadership.
