Service Desk Engineer

A fast growing IT company is looking to recruit a Service Desk Engineer, to drive their customer satisfaction through their technical support help desk.  The Service Desk Engineer  will be the first line for client technical issues, primarily on individual computers and devices.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience working as a help desk or service desk consultant, proficiency in troubleshooting complex systems,  and have  3 or more years of experience with desktop systems up to Windows 7/8, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL, Server 2008, 2012, network design, architecture and implementation. Applicants must be able to prioritise whilst multi-tasking in a friendly and organised way.
