Senior Customer Experience and Brand Manager

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Customer Experience and Brand Manager, to develop, implement and manage best practice internal and external customer experience solutions across a range of services, to maximise commercial value for the organisation and reduce the cost to serve whilst exceeding customer expectations.

 The role provides technical and leadership support to internal and external customers. 

The desirable candidate will have a minimum 5 years’ experience in designing customer excellence models, have a solid understanding of the business and industry or similar customer facing serviced based industry and be commercially driven high impact individual with proven abilities to build strong partnerships with leaders.
