Officer, Trustee and Client Relationships

Our client is looking  to recruit an Officer, Trustee and Client Relationships, to assist the team and Management with their portfolio of high value clients, covering the spectrum of the business unit’s service lines in International Pension Plans and Corporate Company Administration.

Key duties:

  • Assist with the preparation and monitoring of timetables for key client events e.g. annual contributions timetable
  • Assist with responding to/investigating client queries
  • Assist with the documentation of trustee decision making
  • Assist with updating fee proposals for existing clients
  • Assist with client / member communications and presentations in relation to key events
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly fee preparation and monitoring the teams debtor and work in progress (WIP) position

Applicants must have excellent attention to detail along with ability to work at a pace, proven organisation and time management skills with ability to prioritise effectively, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have strong IT skills.

The ideal candidate will hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
