Document Indexing Administrator

A major financial services organisation is looking to recruit a Document Indexing Administrator, to join their Operations department for a 6 month period. 

The role holder will be responsible for accurately preparing, scanning indexing all clients and internal documentation into an electronic document scanning system. They will also provide support and assistance to the line manager to ensure section provides an efficient, high quality service to the business. 

Applicants must have experience of using a document imaging system, including preparation, scanning and indexing of documents, have a basic knowledge of Excel and Word and be a team player with good communication skills.
