Compliance & Review Administration Officer

An international bank is looking to recruit a Compliance & Review Administration Officer to join their CDD Unit for 6 months. The team supports the Bank with client acceptance and review, client filtering and transaction monitoring.

The role actively participates in the preparation and execution of compliance files as set out under the main duties and responsibilities below.  In addition, the role acts as a quality controller.

Main duties:

  • Day to day administration of compliance duties
  • Preparation of compliance files including arranging and attending meetings and minute taking
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and preparing review lists and reports as requested
  • Production and monitoring of action points
  • Maintenance of PEP Registration
  • Filing of all compliance documentation
  • Assisting within other areas of the CDD Unit as so instructed by the Head of the CDD Unit

Candidates must have general admin, secretarial, typing and minute taking experience, preferably with previous Banking experience. The ideal candidate should also be adaptable, a quick learner and a good team player.
