Company Secretarial Officer

A fund administration company is looking to recruit a Company Secretarial Officer,  to provide comprehensive company secretarial services for a portfolio of fund structures, ensuring that all internal, legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to and that client service levels are consistently achieved. 

The desirable candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience working in a company secretarial or similar environment, knowledge of fund company secretarial and relevant legal and regulatory requirements in this context and the ability to manage own workload to drive and execute tasks in order to meet client service expectations.
