- Being the main contact for clients, answering queries and maintaining relationships
- Keeping clients informed of any regulatory updates
- Ensuring effective communication of any developments to the admin teams
- Arranging meetings and maintaining regular contact with clients
- Leading and encouraging a culture for continuous improvement initiatives
- Assisting with client entertainment programs
- Updating the risk review teams on any significant changes to clients businesses
