Assistant Manager- Compliance

Our client is looking for a Compliance professional to join their Compliance team as an Assistant Manager. 

The Assistant Manager, will be responsible for undertaking compliance and risk projects, and testing the group’s systems to ensure their compliance with the relevant laws, Regulations, the AML Handbook and other Rules, Codes of Conduct or Guidance issued by the GFSC (and from time-to-time, such legislation, rules and regulation issued by regulators based in other jurisdictions).  

The role will also provide assistance with the supervision and/or management of members of the Compliance Team.

Applicants must have 5 years’ relevant work experience in compliance, with fund and/or trust and company experience (in particular offshore administration experience), hold a relevant professional qualification, have a knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks operating in Guernsey, including anti-money laundering provisions and good analytical skills.
