Our client is looking to recruit an Administrator, to provide support to the administration team in all tasks delegated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client reporting
  • Purchase / sale of investments
  • Making calls and distributions
  • Transfer / sale of units, shares, interests
  • Payments, foreign exchange and bank reconciliations
  • Bookkeeping and cash management
  • Company secretarial duties
  • KYC (Know Your Client Due Diligence)
  • Respond to client queries

The desirable candidate will have the following skills:

  • Professionalism with Client Focus
  • Knowledge of legal regulatory and industry requirements
  • Reliability (Attention to detail and quality)
  • Highly developed organisational skills
  • Hands on approach with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, both individually and as part of a team
  • Obtained a qualification relevant to the Company Secretarial/administration of Private Equity Funds as well as Trusts and Companies
  • Recommended: ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance Administration, Certificate in International Financial Administration (Formerly known as the Guernsey Certificate in Offshore Administration and prior to this as the Guernsey Trust and Company Administration Certificate)
